The Tobacco Control Working Group will examine how international bodies have interpreted this right “to include the right to protection against second-hand smoke in the work environment and in the home; equal access to health services, including quitting and counseling programs; protection against misleading health messages and the right to full participation in political, economic, social and cultural decision-making.”
