Trinidad and Tobago, March 2, 2011. Dr. Theodore-Gandi began her relationship with PAHO as an Epidemiologist at the Caribbean Epidemiology Center (CAREC) in 1990.  From 1993 to 1999, she worked as an Advisor in Health Promotion in Trinidad and Tobago.  In 1999, she was appointed PAHO/WHO Representative in Guyana and in 2006 she was appointed as Caribbean Program Coordinator, a position she occupied until the date of this appointment
