This Webinar was organized by the United States Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the Pan American Health Organization/world Health Organization (PAHO/WHO) U.S.-Mexico Border Office to raise awareness about how The Road to Health Toolkit of the National Education Program on Diabetes (NDEP), can be used, adopted and implemented in communities.
