All PAHO policy, standards and norms, including the Regional Strategy for the prevention and control of NCDs, are established exclusively by PAHO Member States. The Forum members, including governments, civil society, academia and private sector are encouraged to combine their complementary roles and capacities to promote and contribute to the execution of the strategic priorities identified by PAHO within the Regional Strategy.
