Marcelo D'Agostino

Marcelo D'Agostino leads PAHO's efforts in knowledge management and communication, where he spearheads the organization's work in KM and organizational learning, institutional branding and external relations, knowledge transfer and sharing as well as its network of digital libraries and collaboration centers in the region.  Under Marcelo's tutelage, PAHO has been steadily transforming into a more connected, knowledge-based organization that sees audience engagement as a critical part of achieving public health impact.

Marcelo joined PAHO in 1987. He has a master's degree in Information and Knowledge Management from the Universidad Abierta de Cataluna, Spain. He is also Deputy Editor in Chief of the Revista de Medicina y Seguridad del Trabajo.
