We invite you to share a descriptive summary of a project or research where information and communications technologies (ICTs) are applied to health. Share an experience using the following form.
 

Abstracts submitted will be evaluated by the editorial committee according to the criteria outlined below, and will be featured here and disseminated through the PAHO/WHO eHealth Newsletter.

This initiative is part of PAHO's commitment to the Member States, through its eHealth Strategy, to make the Regional Laboratory on eHealth a space of research, promotion and discussion of the objectives and strategies on the implementation of ICTs in public health. 

With this through an electronic mechanism, PAHO also seeks to promote intersectoral cooperation among countries in sharing best practices, lessons learned and regional resources.
 

• Must be a project in which ICTs are applied to the health sector.

• Must be a project managed by one or more public and/or academic institutions in the region of the Americas, including collaborations between them and the private sector.

• The project must have demonstrated a benefit to public health, regardless of the status of implementation.

• The text should accurately reflect the goals, challenges and achievements of the project, in English or Spanish.

PAHO reserves the right to publish the experience if it does not meet these criteria.
