In accordance with the provisions of the Constitution of the Pan American Health Organization, I have the honor to present the 2009–2010 annual report on the work of the Pan American Sanitary Bureau, Regional Office for the Americas of the World Health Organization. The report highlights the Bureau’s major work in providing technical cooperation during this period within the framework of the 2008–2012 Strategic Plan of the Pan American Sanitary Bureau, defined by the Governing Bodies of the Pan American Health Organization.
