Are Food Industry's Self-regulatory Approaches Working?

Dr. Kelly Brownell, Director of the Rudd Center for Food Policy and Obesity at Yale University, will speak at PAHO headquarters about the efforts of food companies and fast food restaurants to gain the trust of the public and government officials.
