Launch of the Plan of Action for Implementing the Gender Equality Policy

With the objective to launch the PAHO’s Plan of Action for Implementing the Gender Equality Policy, ambassadors, international organization professionals, and PAHO staff gathered together on November 09, 2009 in the PAHO Headquarters.

The ceremony included remarks by PAHO's Director, Dr. Mirta Roses, as well as, remarks from representatives of the Inter-American System and the Latin American and Caribbean Women’s Health Network.
