El Programa Regional de Salud Oral de la OPS/OMS y la Facultad de Odontología de la Pontificia Universidad Javeriana firmaron acuerdo de colaboración

El acuerdo fue firmado el 9 de Febrero por la Representante de la OPS/OMS en Colombia,  doctora Ana Cristina Nogueira, y el Rector de la Universidad, Padre Joaquín Emilio Sánchez García, S.J., en las instalaciones de la Universidad en Bogotá.   El acuerdo hace parte de la iniciativa Comunidades Libres de Caries de OPS/OMS, una estrategia que tiene como objetivo la integración de salud oral en los servicios de APS, como un punto crítico para el diagnóstico y prevención de enfermedades orales.

PAHO-Colgate Agreement on Community-based Interventions

PAHO Director opening remarks appeal to work together to promote oral health in Latin America and the Caribbean while signs a new partnership agreement between the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) and Colgate-Palmolive Company that will support PAHO's Caries Free Communities Initiative (CFCI), a community-based program.
