The First National Conference of the Association of Psychiatrists and Adherents for Human Rights (APADH), will be held on August 6. Organized by the Provisional President of the Senate under the auspices of PAHO/WHO, the conference speakers include the Italian Franco Rotelli, president of the World's Standing Conference for Mental Health.
