Designed for healthcare workers, this fact sheet is one of five produced for the celebration of Caribbean Wellness Day 2009 on 12 September. The series was created to generate awareness on the impact of chronic noncommunicable diseases (CNCDs) in the Caribbean with the aim of reducing risk factors and promoting better health among the population. This particular sheet suggests what healthcare professionals can do to promote and/or improve good health among their patients.
