At a ceremony held at the Ministry of Health, the new pneumococcal conjugate 13 Valente vaccine was introduced to the immunization schedule for children under age 1, with the aim of preventing complications and deaths from pneumonia, otitis media, meningitism, and sepsis in children in our country.
