The Expanded Textbook and Instructional Materials Program (PALTEX) seeks to expand its presence in the region of the Americas, and is being presented Nov. 14 in Puerto Rico to students and faculty of Health Sciences schools and colleges, professional associations, Health Department officials and health workers.
