On 8 March, the Director of the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO), Dr. Mirta Roses, received a medal of honor that the Health and Education Commission of the Chamber of Deputies of the Legislative Assembly of Bolivia awards to distinguished individuals. Dr. Roses was in Bolivia this week to attend the third meeting of Representatives and Directors of PAHO/WHO Centers in South America.
