Brasilia (July 16, 2010) –  More than 800 NGO and women´s groups gathered in Brazil to discuss on the kind of state, equality as well as on the advances and challenges faced by the region to achieve gender equality.

As part of the paralell events, women-health issues were highlighted, in particular, acess, care and economic authonomy.
