World Malaria Day: Counting Malaria Out

(Washington DC, April 22, 2010)

A discussion on the current situation of malaria and ensuing challenges being faced in the region of Americas was delivered by Dr. Rainier Escalada from Pan American Health Organization. He emphasized the importance of maintaining continuing support to the region in order to further decrease the disease burden to the point of elimination.
