March 24 marks World TB Day. This celebration seeks to raise awareness of the burden of Tuberculosis (TB) in the world and its prevention and control.

For the 2013 campaign "StopTB in our lifetime - a shared commitment", PAHO will focus on tuberculosis prevention and on the control efforts centered specially in cities.

Participate virtually in the regional commemoration of World TB Day from Washington, DC, March 19, 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
