Puerto Rico Presents Pilot Project for the Prevention and Control of Dengue

On the occasion of the official visit to Puerto Rico by Dr. Jon K. Andrus, Deputy Director of the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO/WHO), the Department of Health held a special presentation of the Dengue Pilot Project, funded with federal funds allocated by the CDC to the Department of Health of Puerto Rico. The project has the active participation of Dr. Concepción Quiñones Longo, Acting Secretary of Health of Puerto Rico.
