Objectives

1. Analyze g lobal trends in maximizing synergies between health systems strengthening, priority public health programs, and global health initiatives;
   
   
2. Promote the PAHO Integrated Health Services Delivery Networks (IHSDN) Initiative and the concerted road map agreed upon by Member States for IHSD N development in the Region;
   
   
3. Present and discuss the results of case studies of the Region of the Americas, which syste matize lessons learned and positive experiences; and
   
   
4. Propose recommendations for PAHO cooperation in the integration of programs, and collaborative work in health systems networks.
