Internships

The Research Promotion and Development Department at the Pan American Health Organization recognizes the importance of developing a new generation of public health leaders who will contribute to the department’s mission. In this regard, a few internship opportunities are available in the department every fall, spring, and summer for young and energetic individuals entering the public health field. Although there is no monetary compensation for these internships, interns will gain valuable work experience as part of an international team that promotes research for health in the Americas and will have the opportunity to utilize and hone their Spanish language skills.
