This publication is the second research being conducted by PAHO, at the Latin America regional level on this issue. The key result expected is that the findings and recommendations of the evaluation are used to make decisions, at political, managerial and programmatic level, and these decisions will be focused on improving effectiveness in the use of the resources that the country has mobilized to achieve the goal of universal access on prevention, treatment and care of STIs and HIV.
