This course is an element for training in ethnicity. The Office of Gender, Diversity and Human Rights of PAHO/WHO is aware that this course does not cover all training efforts in this topic due to the multi-dimension and complexity of social problems.  

This course constitutes a starting point to stimulate that users will study in depth the subject according to specific needs.    

The Office aims, through this course, to contribute that health analysis and access to services include the differences in health indicators that reveal disadvantages of the ethnic/ratial groups.
