There are two possible forms of payment :
 

• IN GOURDES: Check in Gourdes from a local bank to the order of PAN AMERICAN SANITARY BUREAU
  
  or
  
  
• IN U.S. DOLLARS: Check in U.S. Dollars from an American bank outside Haiti to the order of PAN AMERICAN SANITARY BUREAU
