INSTITUTIONS ALREADY ENROLLED IN PROMESS

  • Public health entities: may come directly without any new authorization from the Ministry of Health or the DPM (Department of Pharmacy and Medicines).

  • Private nonprofit institutions: may come directly without any new authorization from the Ministry of Health but will be billed according to the price schedule in place prior to the earthquake.

  • NGOs (nongovernmental organizations): may come directly without any new authorization from the Ministry of health and will be billed according to the price schedule in place prior to the earthquake.

INSTITUTIONS NOT ENROLLED IN PROMESS

  • Public health entities: need authorization from the Ministry of Health.

  • Private nonprofit institutions: need authorization from the Ministry of Health.

  • NGOs (nongovernmental organizations):

    1. Not enrolled in PROMESS BUT registered in the official government journal (Le Moniteur):  may come directly without any new authorization from the Ministry of Health (just a copy of Le Moniteur) and will be billed according to the price schedule in place prior to the earthquake.

    2. Not enrolled in PROMESS and NOT registered in the official government journal (Le Moniteur):  need authorization from the Ministry of Health.
