The White Helmets Commission of the Argentinian Foreign Ministry met with the office of the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) in Buenos Aires and the Panama regional office of the Organization to assess a possible humanitarian assistance to Haiti because of the cholera outbreak that affects that Caribbean nation.
