Government grant will provide drinking water for colonia on El Paso County

El Paso, TX, January 26, 2012 (PAHO/WHO) – During years the community of Colonia Revolucion located on the Northeast of Horizon City has been living without drinking water on their homes, but thanks to a grant provided by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), the work of Texas state agencies, and the Pan American Health Organization/World Health Organization’s (PAHO/WHO) technical cooperation residents from this colonia will soon have this precious element.
