PROJECT 7: MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION

Goal Description:
To
increase and improve the quality of healthy life years and to reduce
the health disparities in the U.S.-Mexico Border Area, in accordance
with the Healthy Border 2010 Agenda.
Purpose Description:
Contribute
to a learning organization; strengthen the leadership and strategic
position of the Border Office, and achieve more efficient and effective
management and administration.

Proportion of bordewide partners and stakeholders involved in implementing policies and strategies to improve health on the Border.

7.2 Effective PAHO/WHO country presence established to implement the PAHO/WHO Country Cooperation Strategy.
