Strengthening violence prevention strategies and care for victims

El Paso, TX, June 4, 2012 (PAHO/WHO) –In order to prepare local and state public servants currently working in law enforcement and in charge of crime prevention and citizen participation, the Pan American Health Organization / World Health Organization (PAHO / WHO) United States-Mexico Border Office in conjunction with the Autonomous University of Ciudad Juarez (UACJ) are offering an undergraduate course in Public Safety and Violence Prevention.
