Sun Metro, the City of El Paso’s Department of Public Health, the
Consulate General of Mexico and the Pan American Health Organization/World Health Organization U.S.-Mexico Border Officeare joining forces to celebrate the 2011
National Public Health Week April 4-10.
The National Public Health Week,
sponsored by the American Public Health Association, aims to bring
attention to good health and safety, as well as preventing injuries and
violence.
Beyond encouraging the public to ride the bus, public health
officials are hosting various events throughout the week.
