A joint project between the Health Evidence Network and the European Observatory on Health Systems and Policies - World Health Organization 2009
The briefs are available in English, French, German and Russian at http://www.euro.who.int/ HEN/policybriefs/20080814_2 This new series aims to meet policy-makers’ requirements in two ways:
First, it presents a rigorous review of the available research evidence, and
second, the briefs are written in a language accessible to non-specialist policy-makers and follow a consistent format.
