Since a while ago, in Tucuman city, work is being done constantly and effectively, taking advantage of every opportunity to generate an impact in society.
Generally, the environmental programmes aim to those areas of the community with a greater level of income and hence, generate most of a region’s pollution, such as companies, factories, governments, etc.
But this time the objective was different; we focused in excluded areas of the city where the green space will generate the social inclusion and integration.
That is why activities were managed to be coordinated with the Foundation “Derecho a mis Derechos” and the guys from “Eco-Juvenil”, in the first stage of an Enforcement of Environments Plan, where not only generating green spaces was the aim, but the main objective was to create healthy environments and generate spaces of communal integration.
In this way, with the support of the Secretary of Environment of the Province, we could accompany the Plan with the Tree Plantation, where an activity with children was included, teaching the value and importance of protecting the ecosystem to achieve the health and development of societies.
In this manner, we obtained great results in this first stage, where not only the objective of continuing with the creation of environmental spaces was achieved, but also the awareness and interest of children towards it.
