The Ministry of Health and Social Development is aware of the worldwide shortage of nurses, and the need to provide the health care system with a cadre of qualified and competent nurses.  To address this problem the Ministry invests heavily in its youth, and is poised and ready to launch its inaugural Nurse Cadet Programme which is a collaborative effort of the Albena Lake-Hodge Comprehensive School, Health Authority of Anguilla and the Ministry.
