Lisbon, Portugal: Master’s Degree in Mental Health Policy and Services 2010-2012

The Universidade Nova de Lisboa, through the Faculdade Ciências Medicas ( Medical School) and in collaboration with the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse of the World Health Organization, is currently developing the second International Master’s Degree in Mental Health Policy and Services (MHPS). 

The degree aims to provide comprehensive training in: a) formulation, implementation and evaluation of mental health policies and b) organization of mental health care and related services. Professors José Miguel Caldas de Almeida and Benedetto Saraceno coordinated the course.
