During 2011 PAHO’s web team has coordinated training sessions for Knowledge Management teams from Venezuela, Cuba, Guatemala (INCAP), Brazil (PANAFTOSA) and Costa Rica. These training sessions have consisted in knowledge sharing sessions on best practices related to website creation and management, editing and uploading of multimedia materials, among other topics. Meetings have been scheduled with all other KMC teams to share the multiple services that KMC offers among KM team members.
