The head of the Canadian delegation to PAHO’s 51st Directing Council, Paul Gully, informed that the country will provide new funds to key health reform areas, through the Territorial Health System Initiative. Areas to be covered include mental health, chronic disease, human resources in health, system performance, and medical transportation systems.
